Once the term of advertisement gets expired, the property image will be moved along with the normal advertisements. The advertisement will come to an end when the selected plan expires. Ended advertisements would be removed from the listing. They can be re-advertised after the selected payment. This rule remains the same in case of Featured and Weighted advertisement too. Once the advertising tenure expires from the selected plan, it will be removed from the allocated position of the home page.

However, it will remain on the general listings if the chosen plan is valid. We reserve the right to terminate an advertisement violating our advertisement policy mentioned above, without refund. Properties-mart also reserves the right to modify/amend the rates, procedural conditions with no former notice accept/reject or terminate advertisement banners without conveying any grounds at all.
